No, the credentialing process may be completed using any internet connected computer. You will be required to enter the application through the ICEMA EMS Credentialing Portal so ICEMA strongly suggests you apply from home and upload any supporting documentation. If you do not have access to a scanner, you will receive instructions on how to submit documentation via mail, once you have applied.
