- Successfully complete an approved EMT/AEMT course, see the ICEMA website for a list of training locations.
- Complete a Live Scan criminal background check using the ICEMA Live Scan form.
- Print out the form from the ICEMA website under Forms/Applications.
- Take the ICEMA Live Scan form with you to a location for fingerprinting.
- Once the Live Scan process has been completed, you can apply for certification through ICEMA.
