What if I am a National Registry EMT (NREMT) or NREMT Advanced?

The NREMT certificate will be accepted without further testing to qualify for an EMT/AEMT certificate, but to practice in California you must also have a separate EMT/AEMT certificate issued by ICEMA or other certifying entity.
